Product Description

Product Introduction
The polyurethane grouting material is injected into the concrete and produces chemical reaction with water. Through its slow expansion and continuous pressure, the grouting material can penetrate into the micro cracks, expand and solidify in a short time, and achieve the purpose of complete water stop.  It is a new type of waterproof and plugging high-pressure grouting material.


Product Features

Scope of Application
1. Concrete filling surface of underground components, wet masonry, concrete filling surface, etc.
2. Crack grouting with hydraulic groundwater flow can be used with a low amount of catalyst. Within 2 minutes after contacting with water, it will completely expand and solidify to form structural elastic colloid.

Precautions
1. The temperature of this product must be higher than 0ºC during construction;
2. When all the leaking points are completely waterproof and leak-proof through high-pressure grouting, the water-stopping needles can be removed, and then the pinholes can be filled with special waterproof mortar to restore their original appearance.

Storage and Transportation
1. The product is packaged in a sealed iron drum;
2. This product should be protected from rain, exposure, and freezing during transportation, avoid extrusion and collision, and keep the packaging intact;
3. This product must be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place above 5°C;
4. The product storage period is 6 months.
