Product Introduction
Acrylic waterproof coating is a one component water emulsion waterproof coating prepared by using pure acrylic polymer lotion as base material and adding other additives.
Product Features
1. Wet surface construction;
2. it is non-toxic, tasteless and does not pollute the environment. It is an environmental protection product;
3. Single component, cold construction, which can be coated by brushing, rolling, spraying and scraping;
4. It has good aging resistance, extensibility, elasticity, adhesion and film-forming property;
5. It can be used as the color beautification protective layer of rubber asphalt black waterproof layer.
Scope of Application
1.This product is suitable for roof, wall, toilet, basement and other anti-seepage works under non long-term immersion environment.
2.It is especially suitable for roof waterproof engineering of light thin shell structure, and can also be used as binder or exterior wall decoration coating.
Construction Method
Method I: base surface,bottom layer,lowest coating,upper coating, the reference dosage is 2.1kg/sqm
Method II: upper coating, middle coating, lowest coating, bottom layer and base surface.Reference dosage: 3.0kg/sqm
Method III: upper coating, middle coating, non-woven fabric layer, lowest coating, bottom layer and base surface. reference dosage:3kg/sqm
Product Packaging and Storage
1. This product should be protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation. The ambient temperature cannot be lower than 0°C.
2. The product should be stored in an indoor ventilated and cool place above 0°C; the storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C.
3. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
