PTFE clad gasket, is a non-metallic gaskets, generally consisting of two parts: the cladding layer and the insert. The cladding layer is mainly corrosion resistant and is usually made of PTFE, while the insert is a non-metallic sealing material with or without a metal reinforcement layer that is more elastic.
